Three oval-cut pinkish red rubies dazzle from prong settings, the centre ruby is slightly larger than the end rubies. Estimated combined weight of the rubies is 1.00 carats. A knife edge 9ct gold bar with c-connection and pin to the reverse makes up the rest of this elegant brooch. No hallmarks are seen, tests indicate 9ct gold and silver. A numeral hand-inscription "126/.12" can be sighted to the side of the bar.
