A darling antique Sweetheart brooch from the Victorian era, c1893! Crafted in sterling silver and Birmingham hallmarked, this adorable work of art depicts two cockade style fans embellished with appliques of a leaf, a star and flowers.
Hand engraving, textured surfaces, along with sawtooth and scalloped edging adds further antiquity charm to this unique Victorian piece.
To the reverse is a pin and c-clasp, as well as hallmarks for Birmingham origin and manufacturing date letter mark 't' denoting year 1893.
The brooch measures 2.60cm side to side and approx. 2.00cm height.
