A charming anchor and cross charm or pendant from the mid to late 20th century! Made of 9ct gold, the gold colour is a lovely subdued rose hue with slight yellow hint. The petite hollow anchor and cross feature decorative engraved scroll patterns to both sides. A recent rose gold 9ct jump ring connects the two, albeit can be separated if desired. Each are stamped "9CT" and J.C". Likely English origin. The pair measure approximately 2cm in total length.
A symbolic duo; the anchor has always represented good luck, steadfastness and hope, and the cross has great religious significance, along with fortitude and compassion.

The pair would make a sweet pendant, or charm for your favourite bracelet. They could also be separated and worn as chic earring pendants suspended from little hoops or sleepers.
