A gorgeous turquoise and gold necklace from the mid to late 20th century! Crafted in 14ct yellow gold this wonderful vintage necklace features fourteen natural nugget turquoise bead stations combined with gold bar links. The turquoise beads display stunning shades of blue and green, each are speckled with darker veining indicative of earth mined material. The marbled and free-form appearance adding to their character. Dividing the turquoise beads are two sleek gold bars and little connector rings, giving a limber feel whilst wearing. The chain fastens with an 18ct gold bolt-ring clasp. The necklace itself tests 14ct yellow gold and is stamped '585' to one of the end bar links - the stamp '585' denoting 14ct gold.
The necklace can slip on and off overhead, measuring 27" (69cm) in total length. The necklace also has the option to be worn as a multi wrap bracelet, measuring around 17cm long on the wrist.
