A pretty pair of vintage Italian flower earrings from the mid to late 20th century, c1980! Made of 18ct yellow gold the stud earrings depict a flower with stem and leaves. The earrings are accented with three white heart-shape cubic zirconia stones at the top, along with one white and one green leaf-shape cubic zirconia placed along the stem … the asymmetry design giving gorgeous character to the earrings! The stones rest in individual smooth bezel claw-back collets, and the lovely bejewelled style adds a hint of the popular 'Giardinetti' jewellery from centuries ago! A post and butterfly clip attach to the back. The earrings bear Italian Arezzo origin stamps along with gold guarantee "750" marks to the post and clips.
A nice size on the lobe, the earrings measure 28mm long x 17mm across (widest point).
Such a timeless and elegant pair of earrings. The lovely elongated design have a striking look on the lobe, with an antiquity whisper!
