A fabulous vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring from the mid to late 20th century! Made of silver and low carat gold, this eye catching ring boasts nine natural rubies and fourteen twinkling diamonds. The rubies display beautiful raspberry pink hue's and collectively weigh 3.95-carats. The bright oval cut rubies are the older Thai material which are rarely sourced on today's retail market due to the depletion of many Thailand ruby mines. The rubies are interspaced by fourteen dazzling white single cut diamonds; all claw set and placed in a striking tiered 'diamond' shape cluster down the finger. A smooth and tapered 3mm - 8mm wide half round shank makes up the rest of the ring.
Stamped '6423', the ring has been XRF tested indicating approx. 66.45% silver and low 20% gold carat.
The finger size of the ring measures T (Aus/UK) or 9 & 3/4 (USA).
Accompanying the ring is an independent FGAA/NCJV valuation certificate completed September of 2023 stating the RRP of $ 3,420 (AUD)
