An eye catching, feminine and captivating silver marcasite bracelet, dating to around late Victorian era, circa 1900. The wonderful design is reminiscent of the Georgian revival style jewellery (with a touch of Rococo!) popular in the late 1800's through to the early 1900's. Adding intrigue to the bracelet is one central link depicting a graceful dove bird in flight, it is surrounded by a wreath of flower and foliage motifs. Adding extra charm to bracelet is the tiny cabochon coral eye highlight in bird. The remaining seven alike links depict flower and foliage motifs.
No stamps are sighted to bracelet, it has been tested to 800 plus silver. There is an integrated tongue-style clasp which secures with a firm click and a safety chain connected for extra security.
A delightful, one-of-a-kind bracelet .. sure to please the discerning lady!
