The array of colours in this antique bracelet are stunning, boasting a range of natural gemstones which disperse a cheerful and eye catching appearance! The multi gem 'rainbow' bracelet dates back to late Edwardian - early Art Deco era, circa 1910- 1920. The natural gemstones set into bracelet include golden-brown zircons, pale green zircon, pale blue zircons, purplish garnets, and a deeper purplish red almandine garnet... such a vibrant array of colours which combine together beautifully! The oval native-cut gemstones graduate slightly from largest in centre to smallest each side. The bracelet tests sterling silver with gold plated finish. Individual four claw collet settings hold each gemstone in place, it is articulated (connected by a hinges) which allows for a flexible and comfortable fit on wrist. A lovely pierced leaf design link makes up the rest of bracelet, along with a tongue style clasp to secure and safety chain for extra security.
So pretty and becoming increasingly harder to find! Perfect to wear alone or coupled with other bangle or bracelets.
