This timeless rope and ball link necklace is made in 15ct gold, it is a versatile 32" inches long or 81cm. The opera length makes for different styling around the neck- including doubling or knotting at the front ... suit to your desired look with this one! The rope link gauge measures 2mm- 2.2mm and the balls measure 7.6mm at front and 6mm at side. Opening the necklace is an old rosy coloured bolt ring.
This necklace probably started it's life as a muff or guard chain and somewhere after altered into this. Stamped '15c' on one of the smaller balls, this necklace has also been XRF tested as 15ct gold- I am assuming it is a subtle rose colour underneath a yellow gilding/plating
