A lovely engraved antique brooch from the late Victorian era, c1900! Made of 15ct yellow gold, the charming brooch has beautiful hand engraved patterns and flourishes to the front side. The unique elongated shape features a circle profile to the centre with stylized budded ends. A metal pin and c-loop attaches to the back. The reverse also bears a gold purity "15c" stamp, denoting 15 carat gold.
A delightful antique brooch which would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear the brooch presents superbly. The engraving retains a nice crisp appearance and the clasp still has good tension. A charming antique piece which can be enjoyed for another century, or more! |
