A fun and vibrant fish pendant necklace from the mid to late 20th century! The fish pendant and necklace are made of 18ct yellow gold and complement each other nicely. The double-sided fish features vibrant enamel to both the front and back - vitreous orange, green and royal blue enamel decorates various sections of the fish with a green eye to one side. The fish is made up of three sections which are adjoined by small jump rings, allowing the fish movement from side to side... alike a real fish swimming! An all-over textured gold finish adds further character to this quirky ocean catch! Suspended from the top is an oval shaped bail which the chain slides through. Accompanying the fish and completing the piece is the 18ct yellow gold ball-link necklace which measures 1.70mm gauge and 19.5" inches long. Both pendant and necklace have Italian stamps - "1AR" denoting Italian provenance Arezzo, and the necklace company 'UNOAERRE', as well as the gold guarantee mark '750'.
A funky piece of jewellery, it would make the perfect gift to the Lady with a Pisces star sign... or anyone with a fish fetish!
