A gorgeous diamond and South Sea pearl bow brooch from the mid to late 20th century! Made of 18ct yellow gold, this stunning three-dimensional bow brooch is adorned with one hundred & nineteen round brilliant cut diamonds which are pave set over the entire front, right down to the inner ribbon sections! The diamonds estimated total weight is 2.00 + carats. A lustrous 9.00mm white South Sea pearl dangles freely from below. The sides of the bow feature lovely wire scroll detail, giving the piece extra detail and elegance. A secure pin and revolver clasp to the reverse finishes of the brooch. No stamps are sight to the brooch, tests confirm solid 18ct yellow gold.
The size of the brooch measures 3.40cm across or bow tip to tip and 2.60cm total drop.

Excellent vintage condition. Besides normal surface wear the brooch presents in superb condition, all diamonds appear intact and secure. The pearl is securely placed with no nacre damage and the clasp works well. |
