A sparkling antique diamond ring from the late Victorian era, c1900! Made of 14ct gold the colour is a soft yellow with subtle rose highlights, indicative of antique gold. Dazzling from two parallel rows are ten old cut diamonds. All are raised, resting in claw and bead style settings with a fine gold band separating the rows along the center. The diamonds range slightly in size, graduated nicely down at the ends. Collectively the diamonds weigh approximately 0.75 carats total. Solid upswept and grooved shoulders forming the end claws add a substantial look without the style appearing too heavy, the shoulders taper down to a smooth half round profile band. No stamps are sighted to the ring, however tests indicate in between 14ct - 15ct gold. Finger size measures 'O' or '7 & 1/2' and can be resized if needed.
A wonderful antique diamond ring which would make a perfect alternate engagement ring for the vintage lover!
