An impressive diamond cluster ring from circa 1970! Made of 18ct yellow and white gold cluster, this statement cluster ring has a fantastic seventies vintage modern appeal. The unique tiered cluster setting features a dazzling larger 0.35-carat (approx) illusion-set diamond at the centre. Eight diamonds surround, each are neatly bead set in distinct 'spear' shaped profiles with milling detail. A further sixteen smaller diamonds border the cluster, each rests in a little four claw setting and is placed in a meandering arrangement. The formation of the diamonds resembling a snowflake or starburst appearance, glistening from every direction! Collectively, the diamonds weigh approx. 1.00ctw and have a stunning E/G colour range and VS-SI clarity range... the fine qualities apparent on the finger! A classic wire basket style undercarriage completes the setting. The cluster rests on an 18ct yellow gold tapered band that features a bark finish to the top half of the surface. The band measures 4mm wide at the base to 6mm wide at the top.
The finger of the ring measures 'N' (Aus/UK) and '7' (USA) and can be resized if needed.

| The condition of the vintage diamond ring is excellent. Besides light general surface wear, the ring presents to the eye in superb vintage condition. All diamonds appear secure in their settings with no damage. The white gold retains a bright rhodium finish and milling detail is crisp. A wonderful vintage diamond cluster! |
