A stunning estate opal and diamond dress ring! Made of 18ct yellow gold, the timeless ring features a vibrant natural opal gemstone. The vibrant oval-shaped solid opal, which has an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, displays lovely blue, green and purple hue's with a reddish orange tinge at certain angles. The gorgeous vibrant colour's flash in daylight with every movement! The opal rests in a classic four claw closed-back setting which is slightly elevated. Eight diamonds flank the opal, four dazzle each side in a bead and claw setting down an upswept shoulder design. Adding extra style to the ring is an extension crossover rail which forms to opposite sides, and the undercarriage of the ring is a lovely open 'rail' design.

Finger size of the ring measures 'L & 1/2' (Aus/UK) or '6' (USA).

The overall condition of the estate ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or settings. All stones appear secure in their setting. A wonderful estate ring!
