What a darling Vintage diamond ring this is! the style is indicative of the 1940's and is a wonderful hand-crafted combination of yellow and white gold. The main diamond is bead set into a white gold bezel with a fancy hand-pierced undercarriage - allowing light to travel through diamond for maximum sparkle. The white gold upswept 'leaf' profile shoulders are grooved and split, the detailed workmanship gives a real vintage charm to this diamond ring. The yellow gold shank is a flat profile and measures 1.75mm wide. Finger size is Q 1/5 or 8 1/5 and can be easily resized, to a degree.
This ring was hand crafted by a South Australian jewellery firm named 'Thos. Sheppard and Sons Ltd'.
