A lovely Victorian diamond band dating back to late 1800's. The gorgeous design features grooves which form five panels across the top, accented into each panel is a rose-cut diamond. Adding further charm to this ring is the alternate diamond and square shaped borders surrounding the rose-cut diamond settings. As like the panels, the rose-cut diamonds slightly taper in size from 1.50mm to 2.0mm diameter, estimated total diamond weight- 0.085 carats. There is initials hand-engraved in script on the inside of band "SR"
Ring indicates 18ct gold when tested, corresponding with the stamp "18"placed on inner shank. Colour of the gold is the wonderful deep Victorian yellow.
Band measures 4.70mm wide at top to 2.20mm wide at base. The top section of band is relatively low - 1.20mm, making it suitable to sit beside another ring. Finger size of this band measures T or 10, it is resizable to a degree.
